Job summary

The role requires 0–2 years in warehouse/shipping or tool crib, a valid driver’s license, and basic MS Office, SAP knowledge. Experience in aviation or material handling is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or tool crib
• Valid Driver’s License
• Customer service experience
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office knowledge
• SAP (or Syteline for Commercial) knowledge
• Aircraft/aviation industry experience preferred
• Material handling experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing materials
• Order and distribute materials
• Maintain inventory of parts, materials, tools and equipment
• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
• Comply with safety policies; participate in 5-S
• Receive/ visually inspect materials for damage
• Distribute parts and tools per delivery schedules
• Verify and reconcile documentation on parts and materials
• Maintain inventory via cycle counts and systems
• Assist in loading/unloading shipments
• Transport and stock materials within the facility
• Provide turnovers for oncoming shifts
• Issue hand tools and rental equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
