• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera (P6) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the schedule across supervisors, purchasing, and project managers to meet customer demand.
• Incorporate material lead times and procurement constraints into the plan.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust sequences to maximize plant efficiency.
• Communicate updates, risks, and changes to the Director and stakeholders.
