Job summary
The Chemours Company is seeking a Master Scheduler and TAR Leader for its Washington Works site in Washington, WV. You will optimize asset capacity, manage TARs, and lead site scheduling for maintenance and turnarounds, reporting to the Site Maintenance and Reliability Manager.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with SAP-PM and Primavera P6, and strong leadership and communication skills. This role offers a competitive pay range and annual bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings.
- 3+ years electrical or mechanical maintenance experience or a two-year related degree.
- Proficiency with SAP-PM and Primavera P6 scheduling tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly site maintenance and TAR planning meetings.
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive site maintenance schedule.
- Track Schedule and Cost KPIs within the Work Management Process.
- Oversee TAR processes and coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors.
- Provide guidance on TAR best practices and continuous improvement.
