Chemours is seeking a Master Scheduler/TAR Leader for the Washington Works site in West Virginia. You will own the TAR process, drive the maintenance schedule, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize asset availability and cost of manufacture across turns and outages.

You will oversee TAR planning, manage KPIs, and coordinate with corporate and site leaders to implement best practices, while ensuring safety and continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years electrical or mechanical maintenance experience or a two-year related degree.
• Experience with SAP-PM and Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Experience scheduling daily maintenance and turnarounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with high hazard/chemical operations.
• Leadership and influence management.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Site Master Scheduling and TAR Process Owner.
• Lead daily and weekly site schedule meetings for maintenance and contractor tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive site maintenance schedule.
• Track Schedule and Cost KPIs within the Work Management Process.
• Lead TAR Steering Team to integrate best practices and business objectives.
• Oversee the full TAR process to address objectives.
• Track TAR KPIs; ensure compliance with add-on work processes.
• Support Planned Major Maintenance Accounting (PMMA).
• Provide coaching to team members on TAR practices.
• Lead TAR preparation activities and communicate risks/resolutions.
• Coordinate with corporate and site WMP and TAR leaders.
• Organize TAR critique meetings for continuous improvement.
