Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Master Scheduler/TAR Leader for its Washington Works site in West Virginia. You will own the site maintenance schedule, coordinate TARs, and lead a team of coordinators to optimize asset availability and cost of manufacture.

Requirements include 3+ years in industrial maintenance and proficiency with SAP-PM and Primavera P6. Strong communication, leadership and process-improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with SAP-PM and Primavera P6.
• Experience scheduling daily maintenance and turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly site schedule meetings for maintenance and contractor tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive site maintenance schedule.
• Track Schedule and Cost KPIs within the Work Management Process (WMP).
• Lead the TAR Steering Team to integrate best practices and site objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and coaching on TAR best practices.
