You will implement SAP-driven planning, align schedules with customer needs and revenue goals, and work with procurement, production, and finance teams to optimize resources and material flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, or an associate with 5+ years in manufacturing.
3+ years in production planning or supply chain management.
Proficiency in SAP APO or similar planning modules for MRP.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage master production schedules using SAP tools.
Optimize resource allocation across manpower, equipment and materials.
Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for real-time material flow.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage schedule changes.
Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assess and manage capacity constraints with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Align production plans with revenue targets with sales and finance.
Generate reports and KPIs to keep stakeholders informed.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines.
