Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field; or an associate degree with 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP (APO or similar) MRP for production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules using SAP tools.
• Optimize resource allocation across manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for real-time material flow.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage schedule changes.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess and manage capacity constraints with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Align production plans with revenue targets in partnership with sales and finance.
• Generate reports and KPIs to keep stakeholders informed.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
