Job summary

Eaton's Power Reliability Division is seeking a Master Scheduler for our South Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and customer support for Switchgear, Padmount and ETO Assembly operations, coordinating orders with operations, engineering, and supply chain.

The Master Scheduler develops and maintains production schedules aligning demand, capacity, and materials, driving on-time release and schedule performance. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 5+ years in related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in materials planning, scheduling, capacity planning, or inventory mgmt.
• Relocation benefits offered within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week master production schedule.
• Schedule multiple production lines and analyze capacity and demand.
• Coordinate rescheduling and RGID to support changes.
• Manage order releases and OTTR objectives; monitor schedule performance.
