Job summary

ATSC IES INC is seeking a Program Scheduler in Gilbert, AZ to coordinate, plan, and supervise program tasks using Microsoft Project and Office tools. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and support CDRL deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.

You will drive resource planning, critical path analysis, and What-If planning to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a DoD-related environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP).
• Experience tracking milestones, risks, and cost in DoD or large programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint and Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Allocate resources efficiently and create resource-loaded schedules as a CDRL deliverable.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead planning and development of schedules.
• Establish demand and planning time fences.
• Control planning data, lead times, and order quantities.
• Ensure customer on-time delivery satisfaction.
• Communicate with Operations to improve scheduling.
• Monitor MPS input information accuracy (forecasts, orders).
