Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to design, maintain, and integrate detailed resource-loaded schedules for federal programs.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and operations teams, expertise in MS Project or Primavera, and a focus on aligning schedules with overarching program objectives. The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years in scheduling for complex programs, and a technical or business degree.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
• 12 years’ experience as a Scheduler in programs/contracts of similar scope
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
• Two years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub‑components using MS Project or Primavera
• Advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera
• Certification in AACE and/or PSP is desired
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience
• Four years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to keep schedules current
• Utilize MS Project, Primavera, or program-mandated software for scheduling
• Create and integrate Master Program/Project Schedules and IMPs
• Maintain status on linkages and dependencies across projects
• Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings and advise on resource allocations
