Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to design, maintain, and integrate detailed resource-loaded schedules for federal programs.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and operations teams, expertise in MS Project or Primavera, and a focus on aligning schedules with overarching program objectives. The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years in scheduling for complex programs, and a technical or business degree.

Qualifications

TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
12 years’ experience as a Scheduler in programs/contracts of similar scope
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
Two years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub‑components using MS Project or Primavera
Advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera
Certification in AACE and/or PSP is desired
Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience
Four years of additional scheduling experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems
Collaborate with development and operations teams to keep schedules current
Utilize MS Project, Primavera, or program-mandated software for scheduling
Create and integrate Master Program/Project Schedules and IMPs
Maintain status on linkages and dependencies across projects
Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings and advise on resource allocations
