Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator/Scheduler to support multiple Programs in the Innovative Engineering Solutions (IES) Division located in Gilbert, AZ. You will manage schedules, coordinate with program management, planning, project teams and finance to ensure integrated scheduling and milestone forecasting.

3+ years of PM support experience and proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Project are required; U.S.

Qualifications

3+ years project/program management support experience.
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project.
Experience developing detailed project schedules with MS Project.
Experience using integrated master schedules for program tracking.
Collaborates with program management, technical teams and finance to align schedules.
Detail-oriented with minimal supervision; US citizen; clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports management of ongoing programs and serves as liaison between teams and management.
Reviews program status and budgets; prepares status reports and CDRLs.
Develops mechanisms to monitor progress and provide visibility on contract.
Ensures contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met.
