Dayco seeks an experienced Senior Master Scheduler and Planning Consultant to support Memphis warehouse kitting and assembly. You will convert customer demand and backlog into daily/weekly production priorities, coordinating with Customer Service, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will leverage Epicor CMS to monitor MRP signals, manage work orders, and optimize inventory planning, lead times, and lot sizes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years in Master Scheduling, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Distribution Planning.
• Hands-on experience supporting warehouse kitting, light assembly, or distribution operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Epicor CMS, MRP, work orders, and inventory planning.
• Proven success improving availability, fill rates, OTIF, and backlog recovery.
• Advanced Excel and KPI analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily and weekly master schedule for Memphis kitting and assembly.
• Translate orders and forecasts into executable warehouse plans.
• Balance component availability, labor, and warehouse constraints with shipping priorities.
• Drive improvements in availability, OTIF, and backlog recovery.
• Operate as a functional planning expert within Epicor CMS and manage planning signals.
• Lead cross-functional planning governance and escalation for unavailable components.
