Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead the master production schedule across multiple plants in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own capacity planning, scheduling, and ensuring on-time customer deliveries while collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.

The onsite role requires Epicor Kinetic expertise, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a track record of optimizing production flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing scheduling or production planning experience.
• Epicor Kinetic experience required.
• Strong background in job shop or assembly manufacturing with multi-step production processes.
• Expertise in capacity planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with shop-floor personnel and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule using Epicor Kinetic.
• Manage capacity planning, machine scheduling, labor availability, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Identify production bottlenecks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and improve on-time delivery.
• Drive scheduling improvements across a fast-paced, multi-plant manufacturing environment.
