Job summary

Adastra in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler with Epicor Kinetic expertise to own production scheduling across multiple plants. This onsite role reports to the President and will drive capacity planning and on-time delivery at our Greater Milwaukee operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing scheduling or production planning experience.
• Epicor Kinetic experience required.
• Strong background in job shop or assembly manufacturing with multi-step production processes.
• Expertise in capacity planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with shop-floor personnel and leadership.
