TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule for finished goods across a 5–13 week horizon. You will convert demand and supply plans into feasible weekly production schedules while balancing capacity, material availability, and customer commitments.

You will collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and schedule stability.

Competenze

• Associate Degree or higher with manufacturing supply chain scheduling experience.
• 5+ years as Master Planner/Scheduler/Production Planner in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and maintaining production schedules in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, inventory management, and SIOP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support demand and objectives.
• Analyze capacity, constraints, lead times, throughput, and resource availability.
• Translate monthly supply plans into weekly schedules.
• Monitor schedule adherence, variability, and delivery risks.
• Support SIOP processes with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and commitments.
