Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. seeks a Senior Scheduler to own the enterprise master schedule, integrating demand, capacity, materials, and shop floor execution. You will drive alignment across planning cycles and provide customer-facing schedule feedback within 48 hours of notice.

Lead cross-functional planning, model scenarios, and guide corrective actions to stabilize production. Expertise in ERP, MRP, capacity planning, and advanced scheduling methods is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production scheduling, master scheduling or capacity planning.
• Experience providing customer-facing delivery and capability updates.
• Proven track record supporting long- and short-range schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rolling 12–24 month enterprise master schedule.
• Provide customer-facing capability and delivery feedback within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler to align long-range and short-term schedules.
• Partner with PM and sales to validate demand and dates.
• Drive monthly SIOP and weekly scheduling cycles.
• Track schedule adherence, capacity utilization and throughput.
• Validate material availability with procurement and planning teams.
• Identify constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Manage planning parameters and MRP outputs in ERP.
• Leverage Primavera P6, MS Project, Smart Sheets for load leveling.
• Provide escalation and risk mitigation for schedule issues.
• Mentor schedulers on best practices and data discipline.
