Job summary

Tenneco Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and operations.

You will coordinate demand forecasting, material planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred), and knowledge of lean manufacturing and Kanban practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or APICS Certification in supply chain/operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to support customer requirements and plant capacity.
• Review forecasts, customer demand, production schedules, and material requirements regularly.
• Analyze inventory levels and establish reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory strategies.
