Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Master Scheduler in Mocksville, NC. This role connects customer demand with factory delivery, shaping production plans, inventory levels, and capacity utilization.

You will translate forecasts into actionable MPS and work across Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to balance short-term needs with long-term capacity. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in forecasting or master scheduling, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a data-driven approach to resolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, master scheduling or shipment forecasting.
• Experience with rate-based or flow line manufacturing environments.
• Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate monthly SIOP into a detailed weekly MPS for ERP-based MRP.
• Incorporate inter-company demand and backlog into SIOP planning.
• Monitor and resolve MRP processing errors.
• Support customer service with exception analysis and expediting.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly schedule adherence and reports.
• Serve as SME for ERP production planning and scheduling modules.
• Identify and resolve Capacity, Resource & Material constraints.
• Facilitate RCCP and countermeasure planning.
