Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Mocksville, NC seeks a Master Scheduler to translate customer demand into an executable production plan, coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service to optimize delivery and inventory levels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, master scheduling, or shipment forecasting.
• Experience in rate-based or flow line and job shop environments.
• Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Translate the monthly SIOP to a detailed weekly master production schedule (MPS) for weekly MRP generation.
• Incorporate inter-company demand and backlog into SIOP supply planning process to meet demand requirements.
• Monitor and drive resolution of MRP processing errors.
• Support customer service with exception request analysis and expediting resolution.
• Create and publish daily/weekly/monthly factory schedule adherence, capacity, and inventory reports.
• Serve as a factory subject matter expert (SME) for ERP production planning and scheduling modules.
• Identification and resolution of Constraints - Capacity, Resource & Material.
• Facilitates long term capacity assessment (RCCP) and development of countermeasure/action plans.
