Job summary

Omni Staffing is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and govern the master production schedule across multiple cost centers and product lines. You will ensure schedule integrity by validating capacity, material readiness, tooling readiness, and cross-functional alignment to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining the master production schedule across multiple cost centers and product lines.
• Ability to validate capacity, material availability, tooling readiness, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage all assemblies, sub-assemblies, and shop orders in alignment with the master schedule.
• Analyze capacity, material availability, and constraints to determine schedule feasibility.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts through coordination with Contracts, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for delinquent or high-risk orders.
• Coordinate production and shipping plans to ensure schedule adherence.
