Benchmark in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain manufacturing plans and schedules for major programs. You will monitor policy adherence, prepare status reports, and lead capacity planning discussions to ensure customer commitments are met.

Required are 5+ years in planning, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and familiarity with ERP/tools like Infor ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response. APICS CPIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in complex accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develops manufacturing plans and schedules for on-site major programs.
• Monitors adherence to the corporate demand management policy.
• Prepares charts, graphs and reports on schedule status and deviations.
• Leads production meetings and capacity planning decisions.
• Provides capacity and headcount analyses to meet demand.
