Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling in more complex accounts.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (Infor ERP) and Kinaxis Rapid Response; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops on-site manufacturing plans and schedules from engineering release to product delivery.
• Provides weekly capacity analysis by work center and headcount.
• Leads production meetings and communicates schedule adherence to cross-functional teams.
• Analyzes deviations from schedules, identifying causes, costs, and corrective actions.
• Maintains system data to enable accurate long-range capacity planning (6–12 months).
