DSJ Global is seeking a Master Production Scheduler in the United States (New York area) to lead production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in a complex operation. You will translate demand, inventory needs, and constraints into an executable plan and partner with cross-functional teams to meet service goals.

The role emphasizes schedule attainment, operational performance, and data-driven improvements using ERP/MRP systems, Excel, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading a production planning or scheduling function.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong capacity planning and manufacturing operations knowledge.
• Advanced ERP/MRP system proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• SQL experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage complex planning environments and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve the master production schedule.
• Balance demand, capacity, labor, materials, and priorities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adapt plans as conditions change.
• Drive throughput, capacity utilization, backlog management, and on-time delivery.
• Identify constraints and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Lead short- and long-range capacity planning initiatives.
• Evaluate resource requirements and communicate risks to leadership.
• Support capacity optimization and resource allocation decisions.
• Utilize ERP/MRP and reporting tools to support planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and planning metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive automation and process improvements across planning.
