Job summary

The Growth Strategy and Execution team at Blue Shield of California seeks a Project Manager, Principal - Markets Strategic Execution to lead large-scale initiatives with $5M+ budgets. You will partner with business and technical product owners to deliver outcomes and maintain delivery dashboards.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on large-scale enterprise-wide projects and programs ($5M+ budgets).
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional project-based teams.
• Experience with information technology operations and a technical background is preferred.
• Healthcare payer experience is preferred.
