Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Principal Project Manager in Markets Strategic Execution to lead large-scale initiatives with $5M+ budgets. You will partner with business and technical owners to deliver outcomes, manage estimates, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards, and represent delivery teams in intake and quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven leadership on large-scale enterprise-wide projects ($5M+ budgets).
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams; reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor estimates, budgets, forecasts, and accruals.
• Maintain dashboards throughout delivery and support intake and quarterly planning.
• Partner with delivery portfolios and product teams to improve activities and deliver business value.
• Advocate for delivery teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
