Job summary

Blue Shield of California seeks a Principal Project Manager, Markets Strategic Execution, to lead large-scale initiatives of $5M+ across eight business lines, partnering with business and technical owners to deliver required outcomes. You will develop and monitor estimates, budgets, forecasts, and accruals, and manage dashboards while advocating for delivery teams during intake and quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on large enterprise projects ($5M+ budgets).
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Experience managing direct or indirect reports is preferred.
• Healthcare payer experience preferred.
• Technical project management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives ($5M+) with product owners and managers.
• Develop and monitor estimates, budgets, forecasts, and accruals.
