Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Project Manager, Principal - Markets Strategic Execution to lead large-scale initiatives ($5M+) across eight lines of business within the Growth organization. You will partner with product owners and managers, develop and monitor budgets, and maintain delivery dashboards while representing delivery teams in intake and quarterly planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
10 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects ($5M+ budgets).
Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
Experience with IT operations and complex technical projects preferred.
Knowledge of Blue Shield of California or healthcare payer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and monitor estimates, budget, forecasts, and accruals.
Manage and maintain dashboards throughout delivery.
Represent and advocate for delivery teams during intake and quarterly delivery planning.
Partner with multiple delivery portfolios and product teams to influence activities.
