Job summary

EDETEK Inc. seeks a versatile Marketing & Visual Communications Coordinator to support marketing, visual communications, and business development. You’ll help translate complex clinical and technology concepts into clear, visually compelling content for internal and external audiences.

You will develop social campaigns, create and organize visual assets, and assist with industry events and collateral, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, design coordination, or market research, with demonstrable results.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to grammar, clarity, consistency, and tone.
• Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, audience‑appropriate content under guidance of subject matter experts.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather information from stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and incorporate feedback from multiple reviewers while maintaining version control and content accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and approval cycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, coordinate, and publish targeted organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn to support thought leadership, product launches, conferences, publications, and milestones.
• Support for white papers, case studies, brochures, website content, webinar materials, email campaigns, conference messaging, executive thought leadership, and product collateral.
• Develop executive presentations and maintain a centralized library of visual assets, diagrams, infographics, and templates.
• Translate complex clinical, scientific, and technology concepts into clear visual and written communications while preserving technical accuracy.
• Polish charts, data flow diagrams, and dashboards for client pitches, webinars, and publications.
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and clinical literacy best practices.
• Monitor industry landscape and shifts to generate concise messaging and market-positioning insights for sales and internal stakeholders.
