Job summary

The Brattle Group in Washington DC seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Relationship Intelligence to lead its marketing tech ecosystem and client intelligence program. You will govern CRM (InterAction), ERM, CMS (WordPress), email marketing (Vuture), and event platforms (Cvent) to enable data-driven BD decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing tech, leadership, and a strong data governance mindset, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms (CRM, ERM, CMS, analytics) in professional services or consulting.
• Experience building or leveraging client/relationship intelligence systems to support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brattle’s marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, ERM, WordPress, Vuture, Cvent) aligned with BD goals.
• Oversee integration of CRM/ERM with financial data and experience management for client intelligence.
• Manage CRM Specialist and cross-functional contributors; support development.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve workflows and marketing capabilities.
• Drive selection, integration, and enhancement of marketing platforms and tools.
• Establish data governance, quality standards, and GDPR/CCPA compliance across systems.
