Job summary

The Brattle Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology & Relationship Intelligence to lead the firm’s marketing tech ecosystem across offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Washington DC. You will drive client intelligence capabilities, governance, and data-driven BD decisions.

The role combines hands-on platform leadership with strategic thinking, collaborating across the firm to improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and ROI on technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications in CRM administration, data governance, or BI are a plus.
• 8+ years managing marketing technology platforms including CRM/ERM, CMS, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brattle’s marketing technology ecosystem to align with marketing and BD objectives.
• Oversee CRM/ERM integration with critical systems for client intelligence and activity data.
• Manage CRM Specialists and cross-functional contributors; mentor teammates.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve workflows and marketing capabilities.
• Drive platform selection, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of marketing tools.
• Establish data governance, privacy compliance, and data quality standards.
