The Brattle Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Relationship Intelligence to lead the firm’s marketing tech ecosystem and client intelligence capabilities. • 8+ years in marketing technology platforms (CRM/ERM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics) in professional services or consulting.
• Experience building or leveraging client/relationship intelligence systems to support BD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading platform implementations from concept to execution.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brattle’s marketing technology ecosystem aligning with marketing and BD objectives.
• Oversee CRM/ERM integration with other systems to provide client intelligence.
• Manage CRM Specialist and cross-functional contributors; support professional growth.
• Evaluate AI solutions to improve workflows and marketing capabilities.
• Drive selection, implementation, and enhancement of marketing platforms and tools.
• Oversee data governance, quality standards, and privacy compliance across systems.
