Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Seven+ years in sourcing/procurement.
• Three+ years in marketing-related categories, incl. creative, branding, production, media, and marketing tech.
• Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
• Solid project-management experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies.
• Analyze spend data, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier transitions.
• Ensure sourcing projects follow procurement practices for competitive value.
• Represent the organization in supplier and industry partner interactions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish category priorities and long-term plans.
• Coach and develop team members on sourcing projects and processes.
