Job summary

CSX Corporation invites applicants to join a 10-week Sales & Marketing Analytics Internship at CSX Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Interns work with a Commercial team on market analytics, pricing, and customer profitability as part of a dedicated project.

You will gain exposure to senior leadership through presentations, executive networking, and site visits while developing skills in market analysis, communication, and teamwork in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be a rising senior or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related major field of study from an accredited institution
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Be available to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week program
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Work with team to understand market demand profiles, near-term growth opportunities, and long-term projections.
• Analyze market profitability to determine need for and levels of CSX capital investment.
• Provide customer profitability segmentation and growth analysis to highlight high-potential customers.
• Communicate analyses through presentations to senior management.
