Job summary

Plante Moran is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing department on the pursuit strategy team. You will work with firm partners and subject‑matter experts to craft proposals, deliver presentations, and prepare materials to win new business for audit, tax, and consulting services.

The internship emphasizes sales enablement, pursuit stages, martech data, and persuasive content. You will lead projects, shadow senior staff, and contribute to ongoing pursuits, while your tasks align

Qualifications

Pursuit strategy internship requiring in-progress bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Interest in and enthusiasm for working with others to win new business opportunities.
Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and delivery of sales proposals and RFP responses.
Prepare materials for pursuit meetings and presentations.
Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and a strong, positive impression.
Manage multiple projects with effective time management.
Learn QorusDocs to support duties.
Understand the pursuit/proposal pipeline stages from intake through win/loss.
Analyze marketing and sales data in CRM and martech tools.
Collaborate with the team and shadow internal experts on strategic pursuits.
Use Microsoft Copilot in daily duties.
Tailor assignments to individual goals and needs.
