Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or proposal management, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Department daily operations and establish departmental priorities.
• Collaborate with executives to support corporate initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Oversee proposals, RFQ/RFP processes, and pursuit materials.
• Develop strategic marketing programs and market research activities.
• Maintain brand standards, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
• Manage CRM, marketing systems, and vendor relationships.
