Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead high-stakes proposals, drive business development, and partner with leadership to win projects. You will mentor teams, manage branding, and advance marketing content across resumes, case studies, and graphics.

The role requires 4+ years in marketing within A/E/C or professional services, strong writing, InDesign, and CRM experience, with a compensation range of $66,550 to $92,840 per year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of progressive marketing experience in the A/E/C or professional services industry.
• Experience with SF330 qualifications packages and proposal submissions for federal pursuits in AEC.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-focused narratives.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful proposals or marketing campaigns.
• Professional involvement in industry organizations (SMPS, AIA, ACEC, AGC, ULI); CPSM designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of proposals, qualifications, SF330s, and presentations for standard and high-priority pursuits.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and persuasive proposal content.
• Lead creation and continuous improvement of marketing collateral and materials including resumes, project sheets, case studies, qualifications, pursuit graphics, and award submissions.
• Write and edit project narratives, staff bios/resumes, and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
• Ensure branding consistency across all materials.
• Serve as a strategic resource to project teams with marketing guidance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform go/no-go decisions and win strategies.
• Manage and update opportunity tracking in CRM/Unanet and maintain marketing databases.
