Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead a broad range of campaigns, events, webinars, and tactical requests. You will partner with marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are well planned, scoped, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of guiding stakeholders through requirements they may not have considered.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing project management.
Experience supporting live events and webinars.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex marketing projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle for marketing campaigns and initiatives, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and outcomes.
Develop project plans, briefs, timelines, task lists, and status reports to keep stakeholders aligned.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across content, creative/design, advertising, digital, events, marketing automation, and web.
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions.
Review deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they align with campaign objectives and requirements.
Support specific project workstreams and tasks as needed to keep projects moving forward.
