U.S. Bank is seeking a Marketing Business Partner for Wealth Management to bridge business goals with the Marketing organization.

You will translate business needs into strategic marketing plans and programs while coordinating across content, campaigns, events, communications, and digital channels. You will partner with stakeholders to monitor execution, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver insights that drive decision-making and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for Wealth Management business lines and stakeholders.
• Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Coordinate planning across marketing disciplines including content, campaigns, events, communications, digital channels, thought leadership, and advisor enablement.
• Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and deliverables; facilitate issue resolution.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
