Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across Integrity Wealth by coordinating advisor and employee communications, marketing campaigns, webinars, digital content, and operational workflows.

You will partner with the Wealth Marketing team and business leaders to gather content, manage deadlines, draft communications, maintain calendars and assets, and drive continuous process improvements while delivering an exceptional advisor

Qualifications

2–3 years of marketing experience
Strong communicator and writer
Experience managing multiple projects and improving processes

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, development, and execution of advisor and employee communications, newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, and recurring marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to gather content, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of communications.
Draft marketing communications and content, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and brand-aligned.
Manage calendars and production schedules for digital, print, video, and other assets.
Coordinate webinar logistics from scheduling to post-event follow-up.
Maintain advisor-facing platforms and digital content repositories.
Monitor performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
Maintain marketing assets and resources to keep information current and accessible.
