CF0 Systems Recruiting Division seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, client events, and sponsorships within a fast-paced wealth-office environment.
You will work closely with leadership, support the Chief of Staff and Marketing, Events & Social Media Manager, and help manage vendor relationships, timelines, and compliance workflows to deliver exceptional client experiences.
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator with a growing and highly successful wealth office.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, client engagement activities, events, sponsorships, and related operational processes. This full-time direct hire role helps ensure marketing efforts are organized, timely, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Chief of Staff, and Marketing, Events & Social Media Manager; managing vendor relationships; tracking project timelines; assisting with compliance-related workflows; and helping execute client events, sponsorship activities, and marketing campaigns.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-centric environment.
You will work closely with leadership, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and contribute meaningfully to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and partners.

Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives, events, administrative operations, or client service functions preferred.
