Job summary

First Financial Bank seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies across Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group and related divisions. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through go-to-market plans, campaigns, sales enablement, content, and ROI analysis.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide creative development with agencies, and manage vendor partnerships to maximize channel revenue while maintaining quality and alignment with bank goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years hands-on experience in leading marketing creative, campaigns and strategic marketing plans
• Strong planning capabilities and proven track record in delivering best practices to drive efficiency
• Adaptable to changing business demands and able to solve problems with initiative
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships
• Experience managing external marketing vendor partnerships and agencies
• Familiarity with media planning, placement, analysis and creative development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in finance/wealth management industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Partner with Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership to research opportunities and strategies
• Develop key marketing strategies to achieve bank goals
• Collaborate with line of business leadership and sales teams to design effective campaigns
• Provide creative direction to internal teams and external agencies
• Exercise strong project management from planning to completion across priorities
• Oversee external media execution with agency partners and Marketing Leadership
• Manage projects and campaigns through lifecycle from planning to analysis
• Lead collaboration between internal resources and external partners
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing Managers to align digital creative with overall efforts
• Provide analysis of marketing efforts and ROI
• Support lead management with market research, segmentation and brand strategies
