Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Wealth Regional Market President to drive outstanding sales generation and client service through coaching Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market. This role partners with leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group and Private Client.

Responsibilities include establishing sales goals, coaching staff, and implementing market-specific strategies while ensuring ERM compliance and effective use of client-facing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• At least 10 years in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of servicing Wealth and Private Clients and investment management client needs.
• Experience managing sales and client service teams.
• Ability to meet ERM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales goals, define and manage success formulas, coach and educate business partners.
• Routinely assist on pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments and post-call debriefs to provide coaching.
• Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets.
• Lead systems and infrastructure to support Wealth and Private Client teams.
• Provide leadership to Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates.
• Drive KPI delivery and client experience improvements.
