Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and communications efforts, build and manage a marketing team, and align initiatives with growth objectives.

This role reports to the President and Chief Legal Officer and requires hands-on leadership and strategic vision. You will oversee brand, digital presence, SEO, content, events, PR, and integrated campaigns, partnering with sales, BD, and operations to drive visibility and new opportunities across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, preferably within engineering, consulting, construction, energy, utilities, industrial, or other B2B professional services environments.
• Previous experience managing or leading marketing professionals required.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, website management, social media, analytics, and content strategy.
• Experience managing executive social media profiles and developing thought-leadership content.
• Experience managing conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and corporate events.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and senior business leaders.
• Ability to understand complex technical services and translate them into clear and compelling market-facing content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with website content management systems, SEO platforms, social media platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies.
• Experience using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing processes and content development is preferred.
