Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience in B2B professional services.
• Experience managing or leading marketing professionals.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand messaging and market positioning across platforms.
• Oversee website management, UX, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategy to improve visibility and opportunities.
• Lead social media strategy, primarily LinkedIn, and thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with executives to create industry insights, articles, posts, and presentations.
• Manage integrated campaigns supporting strategic markets and business development.
• Coordinate marketing materials, case studies, proposals, and client-facing content.
• Establish an editorial content strategy and calendar.
• Lead conference, trade show, and industry event planning and execution.
• Identify opportunities for executive participation in conferences and media opportunities.
