Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced marketing leader in Denver to drive strategy, demand generation, and content across client verticals. You will partner with sales, business units, and creative to deliver compelling campaigns and qualified leads.

You will own annual and quarterly plans, oversee materials, and measure pipeline effectiveness. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing lead/revenue generation activities.
• Ability to prioritize nebulous and/or competing priorities.
• Data-driven with analytics-based reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience in digital ad buying, social, DSP, search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some overnight travel required (10%).

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute marketing strategy within client verticals.
• Develop content strategy with business units and sales.
• Deliver qualified leads to sales.
• Act as Voice of the Client across the purchase stages.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for approval.
• Develop marketing briefs for Creative Team.
• Execute and deliver marketing and sales materials.
• Measure and report on pipeline effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Provide real-time feedback, analysis, and prescriptive funnel insights.
