Qualifications

• 15 or more years of marketing experience, including substantial time leading a full-scale marketing organization with regional or enterprise scope.
• Deep experience in asset management, wealth management or financial services, with distribution channels and asset flows drivers.
• A commercial orientation, with a track record of partnering with sales or distribution leadership and measuring outcomes.
• Deep audience expertise across institutional and intermediary buyers with segmentation and messaging.
• Full-funnel marketing ownership spanning brand, demand, paid media, events, digital channels and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas funnel end to end, setting objectives for awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
• Lead integrated marketing programs that combine paid media, content, digital and events behind measurable objectives.
• Manage the Americas event and sponsorship portfolio, including client conferences and roadshows.
• Partner with distribution, product and business leadership to align marketing investment with growth priorities.
• Be the senior Americas voice on the global marketing leadership team and drive regional strategy.
