Job summary

SilencerCo, LLC, on behalf of UNITY Tactical, is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that build brand awareness and drive growth. You will lead cross‑functional campaigns, manage tradeshow execution, and work closely with Sales and Product to maintain brand consistency across channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, strong writing skills, and a data‑driven approach. Remote role with some travel to Lafayette, LA, and the company’s Louisiana office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing with campaign management and strategic execution.
• Exceptional writing skills with AP Style foundation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and analytics.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tactical/defense/outdoor sectors is a plus.
• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing; government marketing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, email and traditional channels.
• Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Lead content creation, copywriting, and promotional materials.
• Plan and manage events and tradeshows to boost brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the tactical industry.
• Track KPIs and ROI; use data insights to optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop deep knowledge of UNITY Tactical brand, products and customers.
• Communicate clearly with team members and manage deadlines.
