UNITY Tactical® seeks a talented Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and execute strategic plans that boost brand awareness and customer engagement. You will lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manage tradeshow initiatives, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency, superior messaging, and measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with campaign management.
• Exceptional writing skills with AP Style.
• Strong digital marketing and analytics knowledge.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing; government marketing a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
• Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Drive earned media relations and lead writing projects, oversee content creation including copywriting and promotional materials.
• Lead for event and tradeshow planning, coordinating logistics and presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics and ROI using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and support broader initiatives.
• Develop deep knowledge of the UNITY Tactical brand, products and customer base.
• Maintain constant communication with team members and manage deadlines.
