Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Project Leaders division to elevate visibility and drive growth across key markets. The role partners with marketing, business development and technical leaders to translate market priorities into actionable plans, producing presentations, campaigns and content that reflect client needs and firm strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in A/E/C marketing or professional services; business development knowledge.
• CPSM certification is an advantage, though not required.
• Demonstrates leadership, accountability and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on development and execution of the annual marketing plan for Project Leaders division.
• Identify key technical experts and partner on content and thought leadership pieces.
• Oversee conference materials, event booth materials and promotional swag.
• Develop conference submissions and presentations with technical leads.
• Manage email and direct mail marketing campaigns, including content and lists.
• Maintain Project Leaders website content in coordination with the social media team.
• Collaborate on business development strategies to engage clients and differentiate value propositions.
• Ensure branding, messaging and QA/QC across marketing materials.
