You will partner with owners, developers, and design professionals to strengthen the brand, expand ARCO's presence, and elevate winning pursuits through strategic content, digital, events, and client-facing materials.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of marketing experience in related industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate.
• Experience with capital project marketing and complex stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to translate complex project information into compelling market stories.
• Experience developing marketing programs and relationships in the New York market.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with ARCO's Commercial & Institutional objectives.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and direct channels; track ROI.
• Develop positioning, messaging, thought leadership, case studies, and technical content.
• Support business development through account-based marketing and targeted campaigns.
• Attend project kickoffs and jobsites to identify differentiating stories and outcomes.
• Turn project successes into market-facing content through multimedia and promotions.
• Support proposals and capability statements for strategic pursuits.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry influencers in NY.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to maintain brand consistency for local audiences.
• Provide leadership with reporting, insights, and recommendations on marketing performance.
